Dear All I have asked the Head of Planning and Enforcement to clarify for me where council officers are able to help us (and indeed responsible for enforcement) and where it might work better to make a connection direct with the University and their contractors, which we are of course happy to help with as councillors. On that basis and following your meeting last Sunday evening with Cllr Kasprzyk, it should be possible to plan how best to manage all this for you. I will be in touch again when I have more information.
